At Cydcor, we believe that our success is based on our distinctive corporate culture.

That culture is built around actively living the Behaviors We Value: values that dictate everything we do from our daily interactions with our clients to helping to support the communities in which we work.

Cydcor has been repeatedly recognized as one of “the best places to work” partially because our corporate culture encourages our team members to give back to their communities. Through programs like our Neighborhood Leader Program or our Volunteer Days, and our partnerships with non-profits like Operation Smile, Cydcor strives to do what is right, not what is easy.

Neighborhood Leader Program

Through the Cydcor Neighborhood Leader Program, Cydcor’s network of more than 300 independent sales offices are given financial sponsorships and encouraged to donate their time and effort to non-profit, charitable organizations in their communities. In turn, Cydcor provides a contribution match to the independent offices to help support the volunteer effort.

Since the program’s inception more than 1200 team members from all across the United States and Canada have taken part in the program. They have dedicated more than 2100 hours to non-profit and charitable groups in their local communities and have provided numerous donations. They’ve served a wide range of organizations, including Kids Help Phone, Race for the Cure, Strides against Cancer, The American Red Cross, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Volunteer Days

Cydcor knows that being a good ambassador to the community takes time. This is why, in 2008, Cydcor launched Volunteer Days, an internal program to encourage team members to get even more involved in their local communities.

This program provides eight hours of paid time off annually to Cydcor team members, giving them the chance and opportunity to give back to the community by donating their time and talents to the non-profit, community, or charitable organizations of their choice.

Cydcor is proud to offer our team members the chance to spend time volunteering for nonprofit organizations and causes that they care about. What is important to our team members is important to Cydcor.

Operation Smile

Since 2010, Cydcor and its network of independent sales offices have been partners with Operation Smile. A children’s medical charity, Operation Smile is an international organization that provides cleft lip and palate surgeries to children worldwide.

In 2011, team members from independently owned sales office throughout the United States and Canada worked together with Cydcor to raise money for Operation Smile. The network of sales offices competed against each other through fundraising events like bowl-a-thons, fun and games days, and sports tournaments to help to raise a total of $150,000 for Operation Smile- enough to fund a medical mission to remote locales in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In December of 2012, Cydcor announced a new goal for Operation Smile: to double that amount and fund another medical mission.
