Operation Smile and Cydcor partner year after year to bring desperately needed surgical care to children around the world. 2014 was a banner year for the Cydcor community’s work with the beloved children’s charity; volunteers accompanied Operation Smile to both Guatemala and Mexico.
In Mexico, our Cydcor volunteers worked with children who received surgery to address cleft lip, cleft palate, other facial deformities, and burns—at zero cost to their families. Children’s lives are changed through these procedures. So too are the lives of Cydcor volunteers. This is why we continue to work with Operation Smile year after year to help bring smiling faces to children all over the world.
